The little magical butterfly reports its findings to its companion...



Didn't I promise my most epic Centaur artwork yet? I'd love to hear everyone's interpritation of this piece...there's just so many possibilities as to what's going on here, I don't want to limit it. What's their relationship? Are they good friends? Is the butterfly the Centaur's pet? Or is he the butterfly's pet? What are they talking about? Are they embarking on, returning from, or in the middle of an epic quest? What are in the buildings in the background? Have they been inside them already, or are they yet to be visited?...and why, oh WHY does Joey have such a fudging awesome body? ^_jealous...

Note to potential critiquers: Yes, I'm aware that the bow isn't being held perfectly, but do you have any idea how hard it is to find an image of a bow taken from that angle?
